Advanced construction of partitions:
Construction of partitions using a plaster block Ashbond is easy, flexible and fast and can be carried out even in self-construction, since it is dry construction.
The partition can be built from the first row until recently without any stopping and without the need to use additional materials on the partition.
No belts needed - The blocks have "socket-plug" connections on each side and the connection is made using an ashbond mortar made of the same plaster as the block, with special resins. The resulting partition is monolithic and has very high strength;
No plaster needed The wall is ready immediately after construction for any finishing work, such as paint, paint or ceramic tiles
Can be built on top or under flooring - This allows flexibility in the internal design of the space and improves the quality and time of the paving work.

The Ashbond method is a dry construction method. All that is required after the construction of the partition is a thin layer of spatter all over the surface. Result: Smooth partition ready for color.
In wet spaces, after construction, paste the ceramics directly on the surface without the need for additional sealing.
Conventional construction (black blocks) requires alignment and smoothing the walls after construction by plaster. This increases the cost of construction, requires additional time and also leads to additional damage to existing systems.
Construction without belts
The Ashbond method provides strength, massivity and stability even without the need for belts or lintels. Reinforced concrete belts are an engineering component in a structure designed to reinforce and stabilize the walls of the building. In the Ashbond partitions, openings for windows and doors can be made without the need for casting belts. To perform the openings, at the time of construction only temporary support of the line of blocks above the opening is required for 24 hours. In any case, it is important to keep the blocks above the opening at least 15 cm on the blocks on the sides of the opening, and in the Eshbond partitions, openings can be made in any shape (rectangle, round, arch, etc.). Size and shape of the opening on the partition and monitor accordingly.
Construction before flooring or on top of flooring
Building partitions from plaster blocks Ashbond allows maximum flexibility in the design of the interior space and makes changes in the internal distribution of spaces without damaging the flooring, even if it already exists. The Ashbond method allows the construction of partitions without the need for tracks or even glue, since the laying of blocks is done on an existing pavement and it remains intact and protected.
The removal of a partition due to changes in the distribution of the building or its interior design is made easily and quickly by dismantling it without damaging the paving.
